Our meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of the month at the East Hampton Public Library, 105 Main St., East Hampton, CT unless otherwise noted here. Please read and follow our Covid-19 reccomendations. Watch this page for updates on meeting locations and dates.

Our meetings come at a time of rising cases of COVID-19, aggravated by the more contagious Omicron variant and a holiday season that featured more and larger gatherings than the previous year. Having weighed the pros and cons, President Alan Carlson believes we should hold meetings as scheduled with the understanding that people who have concerns should stay home. The agenda and meeting notes will be covered in the following month’s newsletter.
PLEASE STAY HOME for your own sake and that of your fellow members if you don't feel well, or you have NOT been fully vaccinated and boosted, or have health concerns of any kind.
Otherwise, if you decide to attend please remember to bring a mask and a chair!

The April meeting will be held at Karl Helming’s in Portland on Saturday, April 6, 130pm. Please note that membership dues are payable at this time. Bring your form and payment to the meeting, or mail them to PO Box 211 in East Hampton.
